Welcome To Yoga In The Borders

Experience the benefits of movement and breathwork through Yoga.

Whether you're new to yoga or experienced, join a class and enhance your well-being through Vinyasa, Yin, and therapeutic Yoga sessions.

Classes are run by Cheryl James who is qualified and registered Yoga teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga.

 

She is presently teaching two general classes for adults at the Darnick Village Hall.

 

Regular classes are Wednesday evenings (5.15 to 6.30 pm) and Thursday mornings (11.00 to 12.15 pm)

One-to-one sessions are also available.

My journey with yoga began over fifteen years ago, and it has been a constant source of balance, strength, and inspiration in my life.

Over the years I have come to appreciate the diverse benefits that yoga offers. From my early days exploring Ashtanga Yoga,

with its dynamic flow and focus on breath, to the meditative stillness of Yin Yoga, ​ 

 

I currently teach  two general adult yoga class on Wednesdays and Thursdays, at Darnick Village Hall ,in Abbotsford .

Both classes are suitable for students of all levels.
