This week we will be doing the Egyptian Sun Salutation plus breaking down the Ashtanga Sun Salutation into bite size pieces.

Here are some little stick people to remind you of the Egyptian sequence .

“Seasons"


The evenings draw in. Today the first rain

heralding autumn. Weatherwise I watch

for signs: birds ready their wings for flight

the rose puts on a last budding; light 

falters. But I refuse easy elegies 

of mortality, litanies of loss, believing 

Spring will break again with you, putting 

off winter, if only for a while.

New Venue for Wednesday Evening Class

I will be starting my Wednesday evening class at Darnick Hall ,from the 5th November . I have been teaching there on Thursdays during the day and it is such a beautiful space ,I have decided to move
