Theme for the week 12th/13th Nov

This week we will be looking at standing asanas with a focus on Utthita Trikonasana, extended triangle pose.

Extended triangle improves balance ,stretches the the hamstring muscles ,increases the flexibility of the hip joints ,strengthens the front thigh muscles and stretches the back .
